Do I need my own acquiring to start selling tickets?
No. Built-in pass-through acquiring is available from day one. BYOD connects on Pro and above when it becomes beneficial.
Do you charge commission on free events?
No, 0%. Events with 0 ₽ tickets have no fees on any plan.
What exactly is included in your commission?
Only the evntflo agency commission (4% / 2% / 0.5% / 0% by plan + 20 ₽ per ticket). We pass through the processor fee as-is.
How do refunds work?
Full or partial refund is issued in one click from the dashboard. Cancellation rules are set by the organiser per event.
Are payments protected from double charges?
Yes. Every operation requires an idempotency-key, so retries on network failure don't create duplicates.
